I still haven't been there, but they have marked my groupon down as used when I finally was able to schedule an appointment. Unfortunatey, I needed to cancel that appointment. I've called them 5-6 times on the day of my appointment, starting early in the morning, but I still haven't received a call back. It took 2 weeks for them to return my call mid-summer when I first tried to make an appointment. Very frustrating.

The therapist was nice, but the woman in charge was un cooperative in comparison to all the others that I have dealt with through Groupon. I had signed up for a Reiki Massage. When I called to make the appointment, I was told that Reiki was only done on Saturday but no appointments were available before the expiration date. And it was not possible to make the appointment by the expiration date, but unused it afterwards, as is the case with all others that I have dealt with. So I switched the service to a reflexology massage which is only $65.00. The groupon value was $80. I had no problem with the difference BUT I was charged a additional $10.00 after the service . I was told it was an upgrade! It was very difficult to make the appointment in the first place because most of the time you have to leave a message. And after I was told I had to pay additional money for a shorter, lesser service I was not relaxed.

I have never had a better massage in my life. I would highly recommend this massage center.
