My Training Gym
Greg Crawford, the owner at My Training Gym, has fitness certifications from three associations: National Strength and Conditioning, US Weightlifting, and World Kickboxing. This mixed background allows him and his staff to keep hearts pumping, engage all the muscles, and avoid boring routines. Traditional boot camp routines get a dose of boxing and kickboxing drills mixed in. This variety extends to the schedule and the pricing, as well—aside from boot camp sessions, there are programs such as boxing and kickboxing classes and personal training.
To supplement the fitness classes, Greg offers a 21-day kick-start and body transformation package. It’s designed to help nurture one to total health through nutritionally sound meal plans, self-improvement workshops, daily affirmations, and regular high-fives from the 1975 Harlem Globetrotters.
