i decided to try them because i bought the groupon. i have a 6 lb. dog who gets a simple puppy cut- nothing fancy. i asked them to use oatmeal shampoo because of his sensitive skin and that was $5 extra. when i came to pick him up, he barely looked like he had been groomed. his face and ears were uneven, they did not cut as much as i had asked for, his eyes were not cleaned, his nails were either not trimmed or not trimmed enough- i couldn't tell. the worst insult was that the coupon was supposed to pay for his grooming and they told me he would ordinarily be $75!!! (more than ANY groomer within a 20 mile radius). so even with the groupon, i owed them money. outrageous. i am going back to my regular place.
