If they are going to participate in Groupon,train employees how to use them.Tgey tried to charge me the difference between what I paid and cost of service. Then manager corrected but still charged me tax? And complained that they aren't going to be doing Groupon any longer. How is that my problem. Customer service guy was very nice...just not trained.

This Grease Monkey location in Cranberry Township PA is the best, most thorough quick oil change place I have ever experienced. The employees are always polite and offered ice cold water to drink while waiting on my car to be completed. They recommended to change my battery soon. I had no idea that the battery was going bad. 5 stars.
