The owner was very nice. My appointment was early evening (six-ish). I felt like she was almost rushed because she didn't wash my hair. Her sister did. The sister was having her color touched up and her young daughter was there playing in the shop. When my hair was finally cut and dried, it looked frizzy. The owner was running late on her appointments due to an accident. This was not an issue with me. I've had my hair cut in many different places and I just felt like this place did not present a very business-like environment. I guess I will keep looking for the one that fits me.
