This was a horrible experience for me. The esthetician left the room 5 times. She used one bowl of warm water to repeatedly dip the same cloth in over and over to apply to my face. By the end, the water was not very warm at all. She started the music half way thru the service. My face was harshly scrubbed and scraped and is still peeling. She got product in my right eye, so it was tearing the whole way home. It is my nature to tip for services, and I did leave a tip, but when I got home I was wishing I had not left a tip because I felt I was rewarding someone for doing a lousy job.

Too rough for a facial. Saw no difference in my skin after the process. More conversation than I like and more marketing of additional services than I felt necessary.
