Riviera Provincial Grill
After opening a string of successful French restaurants in Atlanta, chef Jacques Hourtal teamed up with his son—Phillip, a classically trained chef himself—to open Riviera Provincial Grill. The father-son duo focuses their culinary expertise on the dishes of Southern France, making for a menu rich with seafood and duck. Other dishes include rabbit ragu marinated in cote du rhone and rack of lamb braised with garlic, dijon mustard, and rosemary au jus. They also serve wild mushroom ravioli and trout sauteed with almond hazelnut butter, which forks tear up with the cold-hearted precision of a claw game running the Terminator's software.
