Very disappointed with the scheduling. When we called to make appointment we specifically requested that my friend and my appointment for the mani/pedi be scheduled together. When I Received confirmation back the Entire schedule had been flip-flopped and changed around. The service for the Mani/pedi was not up to par with the other services that the spa offered. The technition was not professional with having her cell phone out on the table. Also, the service I was to receive should have had the parrafin wax on both the hands and feet and I Only received the paraffin wax on my feet. I asked The technician about this and she said it was Only for one or the other. Very disappointed!!
