I asked for an ash toner on my brassy blonde hair- without asking me, they used a glaze instead which predictably did not address the issue. The glaze was a waste of money and not what I asked for and I was not told until after the service that a glaze had been used instead of a toner. I left the salon just as brassy as I entered it, if not more so after spending a few hundred dollars.

Staff are terrible the full of herself Spanish receptionist with the ott makeup why do these minimum wage twits act like they own the place when they dont and we are the ones paying their wages.
The woman who did my hair was very good Dominican very classy woman and did a wonderful cut but having to sit and watch the other asian hair dresser to the left sit and watch me doing nothing was creepy
