Moving Strength's team of certified trainers leads fitness-minded students through total-body Pilates equipment workouts. The studio’s robust schedule includes ample opportunities for students to try their hands, arms, and legs at Pilates reformer machines, whose system of ropes and pulleys adds resistance to students’ movements, helping tone muscles without weighing bodies down with bulky muscle parkas. The act of performing each carefully controlled Pilates move helps students hone balance, posture, and flexibility. Class sizes are capped at five students per session, allowing instructors to provide each student with individualized attention and a personal motivational theme song.
