HD Window Cleaning, Noblesville

They were polite, fast and left my house sparkling. I was unsure what I thought about getting my windows cleaned but now I don't think I can live without it.

Sloppy with the window water, quite a few dirty water stains on carpet and a few on the wall by the high windows. Probably should consider using drop cloths.

The deal said 5 rooms, 2 bathrooms, up to 2000 square feet. At my house, I specified that the main thing I wanted clean was the bathrooms. I live in a 1400 square foot apt. The cleaner only cleaned my kitchen and one bathroom, the smaller one. She rearranged my whole kitchen, did not vacuum or dust anything, and I ended up cleaning the other bathroom, vacuuming, dusting, and washing the windows. I had hoped to come home to a clean house and didn't. I would not recommend this service.

Their cleaning person did a very shabby job. She left lots of dust in the bathroom sinks and on the bathroom floor. Don't think she even wet-mopped it. Used a swiffer on almost everything. Her excuse was that she had new rags that left behind some fuzz. Not really... there was a lot of dust in the corners of the bathroom floor and on my fingers when I felt the inside of the sinks. They did not do the job over saying that it had been "too long", but I called the day after the bad cleaning. They said they were training a new person and would call me back, but 2-3 weeks went by with no phone call. When I finally called them, they said that it had been too long since the initial cleaning even though I called immediately to notify them of the problem with the first cleaning.
