Their groupon is not clear that the tint you are buying is the kind that will 'fade away or turn purple' before too long. When you show up they offer you the real tint for more money. They called me the day of my appointment and cancelled. I was in the middle of moving, but I left work another day to drive up and have it done, then they refused to because there was dog hair in my car. Just seems like something they would plan for since working in cars is their job. Have a blanket or something to put down? You can't expect every car to be completely clean when they come in. Didn't even use my Groupon there. I'll take that money as a loss and go somewhere more professional.
