A lifelong athlete, Terra Michelle Frost is no stranger to pushing her body to its limits. So when she gained close to 50 pounds with each of her two pregnancies, she decided to take on the challenge of getting back to her pre-baby weight. Terra accomplished this formidable task—twice—and now she uses her own experience slimming down to lead a variety of entertaining fitness classes, such as four types of Zumba and yoga.
