Not really sure if I would recommend or not. I have two more sessions. I was measured before the process and then after. Lost not even half an inch. It was only after the process was was over that I was told that, 'A person in my age range looses less then others. Areas with less fat are harder to work with and love handles are harder to work with also. ( I would have switched to my fat legs) I will keep you posted. Wish me luck.
