With the sole mission of priming lean, healthy bodies, Omaha’s Forged Fit Camp hosts fitness classes and assessments at a handful of indoor locations. During the marquee boot-camp course, instructors motivate students of all fitness levels through a 45-minute routine of high-intensity moves that elicit more sweat than a polygraph-testing facility inside a volcano. The staff also bring their health-consciousness to companies, leading onsite fitness classes and assessments to boost employees’ energy, camaraderie, and self-confidence. As boot campers physically advance, they can enlist in The Forged Fit Progam for more intensity or Forged Athlete program, tailored to those serious men and women who have the desire to train hard and push themselves to a higher level of fitness.
