Great facial; I really enjoyed it, but wondered if the merchant cared about me returning. As an avid Groupon user, I try businesses out (which I would imagine is the reason merchants participate-- to get new clients to try their services), always tip well, and sometimes become a loyal, regular client (again, I would think this is the reason merchants participate in Groupon-- to build business). I am just surprised when a merchant treats Groupon clientele as a one time customer.
