Unreliable ... You have to chase her down to give her your money ... To make an appt. is a hassle .. I left messages, text messages ,called enough times and now my money becomes a credit with groupon because they dont put the cash back in my account ... From a corp point of view that account needs tO be deleted due to the fact that it could possibly lose clientail due to unreliable , unprofessional , business . For example who would take advice from someone that referred you to a bad hair stylist.. I know I won't ..
