Manager was horrible, staff was great! Never got any pics! They scheduled me late in the day, and I wanted to buy a whole photo package, but they were closing. The person I worked with (Wonderful!) had a conflicting schedule with my work, and the manager said they would delete all my photos unless I came and picked them out within a week, and I couldn't get out of work. Groupon refunded my money, but it was a total waste of time. Not to mention I'll never be that skinny again!

You are better off going to a professional and discussing rates. So many hidden/additional fees with this and they don't tell you until the end. I felt trapped. The staff is friendly enough but the deal is shady.

I love how they did my make up and hair but they had a man taking my boudoir pics and before he took me back he let it slip that he wasn't even professionally trained. It would've been more comfortable with a woman taking the pictures… And the women had to keep coming back to help.
