About AVA wellness

Owner and lead therapist Vernell Alexander built AVA wellness to realize a dream she first had in massage school. Today, Alexander spends her days at AVA Wellness helping people feel better. The center recently moved locations and is now inside of SWEAT fitness. The new fitness center features an Asian-themed decorative style and is dimly lit by candles and salt rock lamps. Alexander specializes in massaging away injuries caused by demanding physical activities such as playing sports, dancing, or fleeing from Cujo in nightmares. She also has extensive training in reflexology and prenatal therapy, and has developed a line of antioxidant-rich body products that deeply hydrate the skin during spa packages.

They went out of business… Groupon chose not to respond to my dispute multiple times. After almost 6 months I finally got it resolved today.

I have been to AVA Wellness many times. This was my first time in the new space, I had a massage with a very professional massage therapist. My massage was made to fit my needs which included full body with specific attention to my neck. All areas were covered and I left AVA very relaxed and ready to schedule the next appointment.

This was by far one of the best experiences of my life . I am a single mother and needed to relax and treat myself and I am glad I choose Ava wellness. During my massage I actually fell asleep and woke up feeling rejuvenated . Thanks again .
