I felt as if they wanted to just get done with my job without putting too much effort into it. The hair dresser said that if you do not like the hair color then it takes 20$ to repair it. I exactly told her what kind of color I expected, but she used her own judgement and used an orangy-copperish color on my hair, which was not even close to what I expected. The lights there were too dim to tell the exact color that showed up.
