Fly High Paragliding, Phoenix

When I purchased the Groupon it was stated the ride would be 20-30 minutes depending on the weather. We were scheduled on a beautiful morning (Tuesday, 4/10) and the flight was just over 10 minutes. Even with the Groupon discount ~ a very expensive 10 mins.

It was lots of fun, but only 15 minutes actual flying time.

I thought my voucher was for paragliding (not motorized), but I got a 10min powered ride, which wasn't a bad experience, just not what I wanted. And to drive 45 for a 10min ride is not really worth it to me.

Please do not include my name on this. Carlos, you need to be honest & professional with your customers so that they will give you positive comments and referrals. It is obvious to us "Grouponers" that you are trying to run us through the quickest & easiest experience, so you can get to the next customer. When you fly customers off of South Mountain, you must tell them "your car will be needed to drive 30 minutes up the back side of the mountain". You must be upfront with customers and admit how much time is needed to drive around the mountain suit up, amount of time in flight (5 minutes of flying off the mountain is way too short), then drive 30 minutes to go up the back side of the mountain again to retrieve the other car. Also, do not pull a bait & switch on your customers when they are fully expecting to jump off the mountain! Once again, be honest to your customers.
