About Square Cafe

Established in 2003 with a vision to bring fresh seasonal and local food to Regent Square. Expanded in 2020 to offer more seating in Pittsburgh’s East Liberty neighborhood

When guests walk into the bright blue confines of Square Café, they find owner Sherree Goldstein and her friendly crew serving up smiles and steaming cups of custom-blended Kiva Han coffee. Preparing eclectic breakfast and lunch dishes, chefs crack shells for three-egg omelets and form their housemade veggie burgers. Attentive servers endlessly refill freshly brewed iced tea and help health-savvy diners find the best menu options. Inside, colorful local artwork fuels discussions about which colors deserve to be primary, and a rooftop open deck.

We haven’t been to Square Cafe since COVID. As always, the food, coffee & service was excellent! We love the diverse crowd & an independently owned business. Thank you Square Cafe!
