Tracie was wonderful. She has a tremendous blend of techniques to release muscle tension and revive the body. Equally important, she has excellent bedside manners to put one at ease quickly. I've been getting massages for 15 years and consider myself an excellent judge. I knew 5 minutes in that I would return. I highly recommend her!

I purchased this groupon as a gift for my daughter. I was very upset when she told me on the paperwork she had to fill out it stated a $20.00 tip was expected for services. That was way over 20% tip of the regular price for the groupon. A $12.00 tip would have been sufficient. I think it is awful to state what is expected for a tip. Very disappointed.

Cost is higher end of the current community average, however, justified given Tracie's overall expertise and technique! Will re-schedule with or without a Groupon - now listed in my Favorites list! The only complaint, if there were to be any, is level of road noise from outside the building. The massage room is warm, relaxing, and comfortable in every way; unfortunately, the outside of the building borders a busy corner and my session was at high traffic time - would not deter me from going back.

I spoke with Tracie on the phone and thought that she would be delivering the service. I did not receive a call indicating that someone else would be providing it instead. I did very much like the person but would have preferred to have been notified of this change. It wouldn't have caused me to change my appointment I just think it is a courtesy to let folks know that you are not the one performing the service when your name is indicated on the ticket.
