I am frustrated with their policies. Bought this for my son and husband as a gift. I spoke with them before I bought it, but when they tried to use it they were told they need to take a course first and would have to pay more money. Of course I wasn't informed of this. So please tell them to let people know ahead of time up front of exactly they are buying. I love groupon, but was disappointed with this purchase
