MJ Creations Sweets and Treats, Richmond

I will be contacting Groupon to get my money back. I think they are fly by night. When we went to pick up the meals at the location listed on the web site, there was a kitchen with another name and a note on the door saying, "We are not connected with MJ Creations".

This groupon was NEVER redeemed. I had to give her my groupon # when placing the order, which I did on March 3. She changed the date twice as to when I could pick up my meals. I went last night to pick them up at the changed location - far away in an undesirable part of town at the assigned time. Her business was not there, nor was she or the food. Several other people were there to collect food also. I went to the original address and no one was there either. Traveled 30 miles and spent 2 hours looking for her and/or my meals. No success. I have called and left messages on her answering machine with no call backs. I have also emailed and received no response. Thank you for refund!

Change of pickup location and date made picking up my order difficult (pick up location was 10-15 miles from location listed on Groupon). Quantity of food not nearly as much as expected. Entrees do not feed 4-6 people. More like 2 people. Packaging/directions not good. Bags not fully zipped, no directions/guidelines for reheating, etc. Needs some improvement overall.

We have been very disappointed with this groupon...when we originally bought the groupon the location was only 10 minutes from our house. They have now moved the location and it is 45 minutes from our house. I would have never purchased this if we knew how far it was going to be for us to pick the food up. We had placed our order back in March and they told us that they would redeem the groupon coupon on April 22nd. They said needed our groupon number and they turned it in like we have received our food, which as of today we have not gotten anything. They told us we that they were really busy and we could not pick up the food until after the groupon had expired. The night before we were suppose to pick up our food whick was on April 22nd they changed the date until May.They sent very rude emails and I have copies if you would like to see them..one of the emails says how Groupon did not tell the truth . So we have paid for this groupion and have not receieved any of the goods. Is there anyway we can be reimbursed our money?
