Be ready to wait a long time to get your appointment, took them almost 2 months to get me in for my first one. They have different techs and some are better than others. Unfortunately, they won't let you request techs when making the appointment. I had two great techs and one very rude and snarky tech who basically wasted one of my appointments, wanted me in and out as quickly as she could.
