It was actual much better than I thought it would be. Highly personalized one on one training. Kind of like the friend you want to have to workout with.

James is a great trainer. He pushes me to my limits and encourages me all the way. He is professional and definitely knows what he’s doing. I’ve been going to him for about 4 weeks now and I am seeing results. I highly recommend James. My favorite part is when he uses the foam roller to roll out and stretch my muscles after our session.

My first Personal Trainer experience with James who’s Awesome, Professional, Encouraging and Made sure I performed ALL my reps correctly. James Gym is very clean and easy to find. Then to my surprise after my hour intense workout James gives a Massage to reduce muscle cramping and pain... I Highly recommend James and his gym!
