Pearle Vision, Rochester Hills

I used my Groupon at Pearle Vision in Waterford. Very nice staff.

Without my $200.00 Groupon the charge would have been more than $800.00!!! Based on my Rx & my special lenses there was NO WAY my glasses should have cost this much!! This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had! I brought in my own Rx & picked out inexpensive frames, and still had to party more than $600.00! Yes, I could have walked out but I wanted to use my Groupon. My "hero" in all of my disappointment was Groupon! I contacted Groupon via email & heard from their Customer Svc Department within 24 hours! Groupon listened...and resolved my issues with satisfaction! I would NEVER recommend Pearle with or without a Groupon! "THANX GROUPON for standing by your faithful customers! I sincerely appreciate your professional integrity!"

I actually went to the Pearle vision center in Waterford, nice office but so expensive, will probably go somewhere more affordable next time.
