About Let's Catch Fish Specialty Charters

It's hard for Let's Catch Fish's founder, Ken Strimple, to imagine a life without fishing. From an early foundation, he moved on to bigger fish and competed in bass tournaments including the ESPN Northern Tour. Today, Captain Strimple and the team at Let's Catch Fish aim to instill this passion in new generations. Through the classic pastime of fishing, they believe people can truly connect with nature.

The crew leads full- and half-day excursions on reconditioned fleets into fish-packed waters such as the Irondequoit Bay, Salmon River, and the giant #1 Dad mug that holds Lake Ontario.

We had a terrible experience. We were displeased with the boat's state of disrepair and it sat too low to the water and caused us to inundate... scaring our toddlers to death and my cellphone to drop in.

The steering wheel for the boat literally came off 3 times. The canopy for the boat fell down twice and the door/gate for the boat wouldn't stay shut so it was tied shut with a rope. Disappointed.

Very disorganized crew. Long wait line. Reservation information lost. Nothing explained. Very stressful environment. Past the terrible customer service being on the water was great.

The pontoon boat #3 was horrible! The seats were all ripped! Engine was unable to be run at full capacity with out the front nose diving and submerging with water. When my kidstood at the front half the boat was underwater! Kids crying! Not worth it
