When I purchased the Groupon it was my understanding that it would almost cover the cost of repair for my son's Ipod touch. I purchased a $50.00 Groupon and the quoted charge to fix the Ipod was $75.00. When I took the IPod for repair, I was expecting an additional charge of $25.00 but I was told it would be an additional $50.00 with $20.00 of it being a mandatory diagnostic charge which was not mentioned when I purchased the Groupon.
