Prompt courteous service and very pleased with the service.

I was very happy with my service, Jason was very quick and reasonable. He was also neat and knows trees. He did the job as we had discussed and then more. I would highly recommend him.

I had an appt. on Nov 21 for him to give me an estimate. no show. I never did get an explanation of what "2 man hours" of pruning meant but if there was 1 hr. put in on my 2 trees I would be surprised. I had an emergency Dr. appt. and I told him that and I left the coupon and a note on the door going over in detail what I wanted done. It wasn't done and there was no note for me to understand why. My neighbors said that he did cut a couple of pine tree branches from their side of the yard which was all ok. It was a real disappointment. Oh well, local people are the ones for services I need to stay with and a Groupon really doesn't save me any money when jobs aren't done right.

I would absolutely recommend Aerials Tree Service. Did a phenominal job on an extremely difficult and challenging tree. I am very happy with the results and will use Aerials again for any future needs, Lauren
