San Clemente Boot Camp
Orshi McNaughton is a self-proclaimed myth buster, debunking peoples’ misconceptions about the science of working out and nutrition to help them lead healthier lifestyles. She also challenges traditional notions of boot camp, describing her sessions as personal training in a group setting rather than military-inspired shoutfests. Whether inside the brand new 6,000-square-foot fitness facility or outdoors, she and her nine co-trainers wring sweat from students with intense circuit training. On any given day, classes might make use of kettlebells, battle ropes, pull-up bars, or BOSU balance trainers, as well as more traditional treadmills, dumbbells, and stationary penny farthings.
