The place was rude and I didn't get all my session

The environment just wasnt very relaxing. There was a super old creepy painting staring at me the whole time, that should defnitely be moved and replaced with a beach scene or something more tranquil and relaxing. Also the lady tunred on "ocean noise" and it was absoulty terrible! The radio kept making all this scrathchy noise and I th0ught she would come in and turn it off especially since tere was no one even there and she was just chillin watching tv, but I ended up having to get up and turn it off. Another thing is they give you one small hot towel at the end to wipe down, it would be nice to get a couple towels for cleanliness. Other than that it was an alright experience doing the infared wrap.

The facility is clean and welcoming! I've gone for the Infrared Body Wraps and Denise is always welcoming and accomodating! Everything runs smoothly when I'm there, she comes in and checks on me and is always pleasent. A great experience!
