Great service, no complaints. But you should know that the place is kinda hard to find- the big sign outside says One Stop salon, orchid is inside.

Terrible booking service. Marisa redeemed my voucher before I had arrived, and then once I left she used the card I had on file to charge me an $11 tip without my permission. She gave me attitude when I politely asked for her not to stare at me while changing because I was on my period. The service was alright until I realized she was painfully scraping the excess wax away. I regret this service.

Dear Gabriela!! Please note at How to Use Groupon "Our customers tip on the full amount of the pre-discounted bill(and tip generously). I am sorry to "stare at you" unfortunately to do waxing I have to keep looking at it. I didn't learn how to do a waxing with my eyes closed. When you're on period time its ok to get a waxing, but please use a tampon next time.

I BOUGHT 2 BRAZILIAN WAX ON GROUPON FOR THIS PLACE. SHE DID MY WAX. AFTER THE WAX IN NOVEMBER I BROKE OUT ALL AROUND MY BIKINI AREA. THIS WOMAN DIDN'T USE CLEAN UTENSILS. Dear Tyeisha Lane, all we use for waxing are clean and disposable. As it is mentioned on your Groupon voucher, you have to tip generously. My calendar adds a 20% tip on the full price. So, it is an 11.00 tip on Brazilian Bikini Waxing. Also, I have on file all the offensive text messages you sent me. I feel sorry for your comment, but I am really comfident on how I perform my job.
