Not my first but it may be my last visit. Paid online including tip assuming they had 4:30pm Sunday appointment and payment verification. Appointment was verified upon my arrival. A senior black women, I was totally embarrassed and humiliated when asked to pay after treatment and explaining I paid online. Gave my name and phone number to verify paid on Monday but never called me to apologize.

The staff was friendly and kind but the service was sub par. They left my fingernails scratched when they said they were done. Hey didn’t buff nor polish them. Unacceptable.

It’s pretty medicore even tho the staff seemed friendly.They even charged my credit card via Groupon with extra tips without my consent even though I paid extra in cash! Not returning again as I felt they were focusing on gaining tips rather than the quality of service.

Chi gave me a nice manicure (regular). I went to this salon specifically because they are an SF Heathy Nail Salon that makes efforts to ensure protections of their staff from toxic chemicals.
