I've always love frequency yoga, i used to attend yoga in this place since 2013 to 2017 then i stopped due to work, attending yoga everywhere but i came back because frequency is way better than other bikram yoga nearby, people are so chill and friendly most specially the teacher, and way cheaper. 😉

Nice instructors, clean place. Like most bikram studios, the changing area is too small, but otherwise, very nice.
