I called three days before the Groupon expired and she was already booked for the following three days. She didn't want to extend or honor the date of the Groupon like other business have done before. I ended up using the money I paid for the Groupon ($27) towards a facial wax, which costs $35. I think that is very expensive and was not completely satisfied with my chin wax.

Not very clean. Bruised me pretty bad with waxing and I have been getting waxed for over 20years. Uncomfortably hot in salon.
