Diablo Auto Polishing did a great job on my 1999 Nissan Altima. I'm very happy with the shiny new-car-inside-and-out look. They did just a wonderful job on the car. : )

--floor mats were not cleaned, actually seemed dirtier than when the car was brought in. My wife spent a couple hours with them in the kitchen sink and they came out looking great. Why can’t Diablo Auto Polishing do this correctly? --storage compartment between driver and passenger seat not vacuumed out. Before bringing the car in I removed ALL loose items from the car. There was nothing in the passenger compartment or trunk to get in the way of cleaning. To me there is no excuse for overlooking something this basic. --windows were smeared. The car looked good sitting under the tree where I picked it up, but after the sun was on the windows I saw huge smeared areas. Need to use clean newspaper to clean windows to get rid of this. (I don’t know what was used but it didn’t work) --good wax job, good work detailing the dash (was spotless), good job on interior carpets and leather seats – they really look nice now.

We have probably never been treated as disrespectfully ever. Robert did a lousy job on our car and when we asked him, his first response was that we paid only $69 for a Groupon - what else do we expect. There were some new white stains on several places in our car. All that me and my husband did was to ask Robert what those stains were- this just was too much for Robert's fragile ego- he began to yell- saying demeaning things like our car was a "pig sty," and kids in Afghanistan were dying and we are arguing about a "stupid" car. My husband and I decided not to speak to him just because he was being so rude and disrespectful, we moved away and waited across the street, till he tried getting the stains out. To our surprise less than ten minutes later all the stains- the white marks and more on the doors of our car were gone! I am sure this could have been done without the verbal abuse. Our silence also gave him time to cool off and realize he had upset us. When we began to leave he apologized and offered to do another car for free. He even apologized on a voicemail and offered to do another service. Well too late for us, Mr. Robert, leave free alone, even if someone paid us to go back we will not. Nor are we ever suggesting Diablo to any friend. Our car smelled pretty bad for the next few days - now thankfully the rotten smell is gone.The windshield probably had been cleaned with a dirty cloth - it had several spots. We had to do the cleaning myself. We will think twice before we buy a Groupon from an unknown vendor or a vendor who provides manual professional services since it's up to them to decide how to treat a groupon customer. Avoidable experience.
