Friendly and helpful staff Too much fragrancing for those of us with allergies, surprising in a naturopath's office! Otherwise great experience

They are lovely people. I met a receptionist and the doctor. They are kind and compassionate, very sweet; however, I felt that it was a go through the steps without much true support in what to do to get any weight off. I always felt they were on such a tight schedule, there was little time for me. It was get the shot and get out as rapidly as possible. I did feel also that because it was a Groupon reduced price, they felt this was how my time should be treated. I know that it was a reduced price, but it could have been a springboard for me in which case I would have signed up for another program. I did consider it nonetheless, but I decided that If this approach was used in other programs, I could not be successful.

The staff is very friendly and professional.

The doctor was very professional and answered every question I had.
