I do not care for salons that allow their customers to continually talk on their cell phones. It takes away any atmosphere of a relaxing environment. It's fine for quick and simple hair services. It mainly caters to the retirees.

Your salon needs updating. Sarasota clientele expect an updated salon that at least offers a bottle of water. Taking down those out dated dust collectors on top of the shelf above each station would be a could start. I don't mean to be ugly about your decor but seriously your shop is outdated.

The man who did my hair reeked of cigarette smoke. He must have taken at least 5 cigarette breaks as I was there. He foiled my hair in large clumps as fast as he could, my hair came out brassy and the highlights didn’t look professional. I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could instead of complaining to have it fixed. I guess you get what you pay for. Definitely will not be going back nor recommending to family and friends.
