This customer name Yuki Gold first wanted the groupon price without buying the groupon, when I told her we can't do that, she started to get angry. She did buy the groupon while standing there but didn't have the app on her phone so we could "Redeem" the coupon, that even made her more mad. I showed her how to do that, then she was upset because we don't provide a price list to customers, or anyone, however, when we price the clothes in we give the customer an itemized receipt that has the price for each item. Couldn't make her understand that she had the price for every item she brought in, in her hand. She broke out her phone and filmed everything I was saying, as if to use it someplace, This customer is so obnoxious and disrespectful to both me and my employee that I told her to take her clothes and leave, I don't need her business or people with attitudes lite hers in or around my place of business. That still stands, I DON'T NEED PEOPLE THAT LIVE LIVE LIKE SHE DOES, MAD AT THE WORLD WHEN IT DOESN'T SUIT HER. She also was very free with FU word. I even gave her $40.00 dollars back, even though she only paid #20.00, but I figured she was just trying to pull a scam, so she needed the extra $20.00 more than I did. I have also reported her actions and her personal information to the Phoenix Police Dept. in case anything should happen to the front of my store, they will have her information on file. If she should buy another groupon for service here, it will not be honored and she is not welcome back in my store. I'm the owner, Martin, and life is just to short to deal with people with attitudes like her. I have been doing the groupon for over 5 years now and have a very good response. I will agree, we can not make everyone happy, but that's life and lets live with it.
