Darren Ernst, Progressive Therapeutic Massage’s licensed therapist, boasts more than a decade’s experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. What kicked off his career was a realization, while training in the martial arts, that the movement of energy and breath was crucial to achieving a healthy balance of mind and body. Darren facilitates this balance inside of rooms tastefully decorated with plant life and beachscape photography, lifting people up with Swedish and deep-tissue bodywork. He can tailor sessions to address specific injuries, such as a pulled muscle or heckled funny bone, and accelerates anxiety reduction and emotional balance with guided breath work.
