After witnessing his father struggle with health problems, as well as fighting his own war with diabetes, trainer Jason Grantham has come to realize firsthand the importance of physical fitness. This understanding has blossomed into a full-time passion for helping others to train to their peak and achieve overall well-being. Grantham wields 12 years of personal-training experience and a motivating, failure-is-not-an-option attitude while leading intense 60-minute boot-camp sessions, which mix core-strengthening calisthenics with suspension-band workouts and other body-toning techniques.

When not bustling with the strength- and cardio-focused boot camps, Grantham's well-equipped facility houses Pilates and yoga classes as well as athletic training that equips athletes of all ages with game-enhancing conditioning.
