Sheila is very knowledgable about nails. However, I am not sure why she advertises on groupon. This does not seem to be the clientele she is looking for. She commented that my feet did not have much to work on and talked about how she prefers working with clients with severe feet problems and other chronic illnesses. That's great...but don't advertise on groupon then...

I never said I "prefer" , I simply stated that I love my job, and love working on troubled feet. I would NEVER say I prefer anything over another. Every foot no matter the condition holds its own challenges and I simply stated this customer's feet were in good condition in comparison to most the foot work I do. very sad it was taken the wrong way, my sincerest apologies. As for why I offer Groupon, it is a great way to advertise my elite services.

i think people need to hear what a medical grade pedicure is before they buy not a regular pedicure she complained half the time about when she gets a client from groupon she only gets like 20 dollars from it she had a friend /customer show up they were saying the f word among other things plus she made me pay an extra 35 dollars and acted like she gave in because the value thing expired but I had told her that it would expire the next day when I made the appointment she couldn't get me in for 2 weeks
