Ashely made this experience so special. From the moment you walk in till the end, she is there for you. The day after and I’m still feeling relaxed. Even after a workout this morning. Her studio is warm and inviting also quiet. I’ve been to other places where there is so much background noise. Here there is not that issue.

She did an amazing job at concentrating on my upper back, shoulders, and neck strains. The deep tissue massage definitely worked into my depression knots and she was very kind and always encouraged me to speak up if it was too much. I had a great experience!
