Customer service is HUGE in business..and while I thought the nails were great under ther top coat, when they switched me over to the gentlemen after the lady was finished with the majority of the work, he didn't talk at all, and rushed through the clear coat without a care and left it with bubbles all over...luckily I heard the lady before me as she walked out the dour and came right back in, and she asked that same gentlemen to please fix her bubbles, so I looked first thing and had him fix it, though he didn't do a good job at that part, either....

I had the Groupon for the Deluxe Spa Pedicure...I would've thought they should've spent a bit more time on it. It just seemed rushed and nothing 'deluxe' about it. Just a regular pedicure, which is the amount I paid but not what the Groupon promised!
