We were very disappointed that we called in advance and were assured we would receive food that had no wheat and no corn products in it due to severe allergies. We was served a nice presentation of food. My friend that I was hosting did not. It was very very minimal. She basically had nothing to eat. The tour was fascinating. I would do the tour again. The owner was just not caring for his customers, and it was not even that he was busy, for he was not. He made little eye contact and did not check to make sure we were well served. Which we weren't.
