I was very upset with the treatment I received; I paid for a groupon that included all over low lights, a salon product, deep condition, and cut I received partial low lights, which I expressed my displeasure about, both because I don't think it looks as good as the all over and because I had paid for a groupon with all over I did not receive a salon product The lady caring for my hair was frequently very rough in handling my hair When I was there 5 months ago, I had a delightful experience with Katie as my dresser and had asked for her again; I was under the impression that I would have her When the lady who took care of me introduced herself and said she would be taking care of me, that didn't sit well either Furthermore, when I made my reservation, they didn't even take my name down appropriately I am not thrilled with this care and it is drastically worse than my first experience with Hair Zone Unless someone offers to rectify the situation, I will not be coming back, nor will I recommend anyone else to go there
