Kick It Martial Arts

Larger-than-life images of men, women, and children—each kicking and punching imaginary foes—scale the floor-to-ceiling windows of Kick It Martial Arts, portraying just the kind of thing that goes on inside. Kids as young as 3 can try out tae kwon do and karate during Tiger Tots classes, and also in the family martial-arts program, which welcomes parents and progeny to learn moves together and really escalate that contest with the Joneses. The studio also hosts classes for adults, such as tae kwon do and kick-boxing fusion classes, Zumba, and yoga. A special 90-day fitness challenge encourages exercisers to achieve their weight-loss and fitness goals amid a supportive, yet competitive, group environment both in the Kick It gym and at Elevation Fitness.
