I purchased a massage only. The actual massage was less than an hour, when finished the massuese left with no instructions like "I'll be up front waiting for you", etc. and no water, which I suppose I have been given ultimate treatment at other establishments. I would suggest working on the friendly communication before and after and the simple things (like offering water afterwards) are what makes the difference between a "just ok" experience and a "WOW, I want to return and will recommend" experience.
